It is smartphone compatible, which lets you digitally see the distance that you traveled on a GPS map, and heart-rate meter scale, that shows how your heart performed during the exercise. There is also a VO2 feature, that shows sums up the heart rate data for you and indicates your body ability to perform. The more you exercise and higher scores you get from the achieved goals, the more your VO2 improves, which means that your performance ability improves as well.

Stay connected with family and friends while you run by letting them follow you in real time with LiveTrack.”– Garmin

You may be wondering how it detects your movements and classifies them? Well, the technology that is the answer to this question is called Move IQ, which entities periods of movement that match familiar exercising patterns such as biking, running, swimming, walking, or using an elliptical machine and tags them as “Events”.
