On the fashion side of the market, there are countless models of backpacks. Some of them are designed for school, some for sports and others just for casual wear. But what happens when you put security at the highest priority? Which brand would you turn to? At CES last month, there was a great concept presented by a company that started on Kickstarter and their backpack was just phenomenal.
I learned for this great backpack by UrAvgConsumer and I have to admit that I was left jaw-dropped. All the features that it has are phenomenal, along with the security level. It is incredibly versatile, comfortable, innovative and will surely catch the attention of people when you are wearing it outside. In case it catches the attention of a thief though, then he’ll stand no chance of stealing your products inside.
The Design
This top-security backpack has been designed with the idea of being the personal bodyguard of your whole tech arsenal and still look stylish and go along with all of your outfit options. With lots of room for your smart devices, you’ll just have to order them carefully and make sure that you zip it tight. It has 2 big (main) parts, as well as one for your smartphone/tablet and other small-size gadgets.
It is mainly leather-made and the leather is of high-grade, which means that it will serve you for years if you take proper care after it. The comfort level is great as well and you’ll just have to avoid overloading it because not only can it hurt your back, but you can damage the over-the-shoulder handles. In case you decide to not wear it on your back, you can use the big handle on top, that is made of leather materials as well.
Features
When it comes to features, it will be easier for me to tell you what it does not have… As mentioned above, the security level of this backpack is just phenomenal! To start off, what grabs my attention is that it has sensors all around. I don’t know the science and engineering behind those features, but I really love them! One of the sensors that I am talking about is letting you know whether you’ve zipped the backpack fully or whether it has been opened. It notifies you with a specially created for this app, that can be used for many other things as well.
One of those “other things” is the current location of your backpack. I don’t know where, but it has a built-in GPS system that will be helpful in case someone decides to steal it or you’ve just happened to forget it somewhere. If a thief tries to open it in some way, it alarms you via the app as well. Even further, as soon as it understands that one of your item’s missing, it lets you instantly know! Doesn’t that sound great?
The awesome features do not stop here. If you are walking at night and feel that someone’s walking behind you, then you can check that with the camera that’s been built on the front-facing side. That way you’ll literally have eyes on your back (pack). Talking about nighttime, another helpful feature is that it has an LED light inside, so it will be of great use if you are searching for something at a place with no lights. That’s the main part that played role in calling this backpack “Lumzag”.
From solar panel to power banks and even Wi-Fi integrated spot, this full of ideas backpack will certainly raise the level and peep the game of backpacks. Technology lovers and students will most definitely love it, but for now it is unknown when it will hit the stores and at what price will it do it.
